First Sunshine Summer Camp

April 1-5, First Sunshine Baptist Church conducted their annual summer camp at Haven of Grace. This week began our annual camp season with 13 scheduled camps scattered from April-July. The report from Pastor Enrique Callejas, who is also a Haven of Grace Board member, is as follows: "God worked mightily through His Word in the hearts of the young people who attended. As a result, 15 youth trusted the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior. There were also 5 young people who decided to publicly identify with Christ and follow the Lord in believer's baptism on the last day of camp (baptized in the Sulu Sea at camp). Glory to God! Thank you for your continued support and for being a channel of God's blessing to us. Please relay our appreciation to those who supported our camp."

I would like to convey my gratitude to our PRMI donors who gave funds to our Vision 2020 camp scholarship fund. There were over 200+ campers in attendance with 105 of those being unsaved, unchurched, and underprivileged. The 15 young people who came to Christ were able to hear and respond to the gospel because your funds made it possible for them to attend camp.
