Recently, 7 students and 2 faculty from HOH India traveled north to Arunachel Pradesh to minister in 2 small churches and evangelize some mountain/rural villages. This was a practical ministry/training trip for our students to help them understand the challenging nature of gospel work and church planting in remote areas of India. The students were involved in preaching, teaching, music, evangelism, discipleship, and community projects. They cleaned up trash and performed other types of community service to develop a good work ethic and show the love of Jesus Christ to the people. Following is a trip summary from one of the leaders:

Mission trip report: 21 April to 4th May.

21 April: left the college and arrived at pokham Arunachal (2 teachers and 7 students) and We have fellowship with the pastor and Executive secretary of Nocte Association.

22 April : divided into two groups, one led by sir Gaising (5 members) leave for Thingdong village and the other led by sir vipukha (4 members) left for Noksa village after having a short fellowship with the Association workers of Nocte Baptist churches.

Our team led by sir Gaising reach our ministry place.

April 23 to May 3: We started our ministry in the village and spent our time with the villagers for two weeks, within these two weeks we got the privilege to minister the Thingdong villagers. Thingdong Baptist church is one of the most advance in terms of living and the biggest congregation among the Nocte tribes. Our ministry in includes teaching and preaching and leading all the church services (2 Wednesday, 2 Saturday and 2 sunday). We also taught the children songs and also Bible stories and salvation related stories. We preach and teach the youths of the village. We also visited around 16 household (door to door evangelism) to the christians and to the other religious differences families, sharing the gospel and prayed for them. We are so blessed to minister the people for these two weeks. We can see that through our ministry in these two weeks God convicts the people through our preaching and teaching and many life has been impacted

At the same time it was a blessed time for us too, we learn a lot during these ministry and we also recommit ourselves again to continue serving God as long as we live.We departed from the village on May 4 and reach the college again by midnight. we hope and believe that the seeds we have sow in these two weeks will not go in vain. We see the goodness of God, His grace, love, mercies and provisions throughout the trip which strengthen our faith more. We would like to thank everyone for prayers rendered during this mission trip. It is only through God's grace and your prayers that we could complete this trip in a successful blessed way. Thank you, may God bless everyone and continue to used us as long as we live for His glory. Amen🙏
